Job Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
In order to be considered for employment, applicants must have authorization to work in the United States.
Our company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug use or possession in the workplace. Pre-employment drug screening may be conducted, and employees may be subject to random testing
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, threading, etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) to ensure to best quality
- Read and follow detailed embroidery orders accurately
- Pull design files and load embroidery designs into machines
- Correctly and efficiently hoop various products
- Thread the machine with correct threads needed for each order
- Operate machine quickly and accurately to ensure high quality
- Ability to troubleshoot machine set up and/or quality issues
- Verify products for quantity, quality, size and accuracy
- Quality Control - watch closely for quality issues and correct as necessary
- Follow daily, weekly, monthly machine maintenance
- Fold, trim, and prep embroidered pieces for shipment
- Keep embroidery area stocked with supplies, neat and organized.
- HS Diploma
- Experience operating a Commercial/Industrial Embroidery Machine (2+ years) Responsibilities.
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work within a team along with individual work
- Basic computer literacy skills Required Education
