What You’ll Do
- Source viable candidates on Indeed and follow up on applications.
- Screen candidates to confirm their qualifications.
- Partner with HR leadership to assist with onboarding documentation.
- Support new hires and supervisors during the onboarding process.
- Complete various tasks for the HR and Management teams as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years of candidate sourcing or recruiting experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Dependable and attentive
