Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate one or more welding and clip machines
Operate auxiliary equipment such as sonic welding machines
Inspect, measure, and trim product as required per work instructions
Filling of feeding equipment according to guidelines
Clean, inspect, and maintain welding and clip tooling
Accurately count, box, package, and scan parts
Adhere to all safety guidelines outlined by OSHA and Nifco KTW
Assist in the training of new employees
Assist quality, paint, and injection molding departments in troubleshooting and identifying defects, as well as the implementation of solutions
Accurately complete appropriate paperwork and/or enter into computer
Maintain an orderly and safe work station

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing repetitive action
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco is prohibited on company premises except in designated smoking areas (which can be accessed only during breaks and meal times)
Warehouse environment: occasionally exposed to loud noise, dust, hot and cold temperatures
Must operate equipment safely and wear specific PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, etc. as deemed necessary
