Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete machine setup by selecting the proper dies for production and adjusting pressures accordingly
Form parts rapidly and efficiently while handling materials in a safe manner without damage
Perform brake press work whether standard, special, or extremely complicated on all types of material without supervision
Perform routine inspections of equipment and brake press
Ensure product meets all quality standards, identifying improvements as needed
Maintain an orderly and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Full time position with long work hours
Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and meet production rates
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Warehouse environment: occasionally exposed to loud noise, hot and cold temperatures
Must operate equipment safely and wear specific PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, etc. as deemed necessary
Ability to lift and move:
- 10 to 20 lbs frequently
- 20 to 50 lbs frequently
- 50(+) lbs occasionally (with assistance)

Good math skills, ability to read blue prints, results driven, strong initiative
