- Operate brake press and maintain production requirements
- Take critical measurements using tape measures
- Read and interpret blueprints and process sheets
- Assist in training and mentoring newer employees
- Ensure product specifications are met through quality inspections

- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
