Containment Lead- Night Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for initial associate training
-Responsible for containment area cleanliness (including a post-shift walk-through to clear tables of all trash, excess parts, rejects, etc.).
-Responsible for ensuring all associates are following Lumbee and customer policies (safety, dress, etc.) within the containment area; to the extent that the co-employment boundaries allow.
-Responsible for prudent workflow within the containment area, including the timely completion of all necessary material.
-Responsible for managing the sample part area and the sample parts themselves (proper tagging, storage, and timely disposition upon completion of job).
-Responsible for tool hand-outs and collection within the containment area.
-Responsible for time clock management (clock in/out facilitation).
-Responsible for employee scheduling within the containment area (this one may cross-over into the supervisor function)
-Responsible for the collection of all inspection paperwork and a quick review for completeness and obvious inaccuracies.
-Responsible for work order book creation.
-Responsible for work order audit process.
-Responsible for communicating all non-conforming issues to shift supervisor and any necessary customer personnel
-Responsible for ancillary supervisor support
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must be able to pass a drug screen
-No Felonies in the last 7 years
-Promote positive morale and customer rapport
-Advanced reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
-Certified auditor training
-High-level Microsoft Office capability, including email, Word, and Excel preferred
