Job Description

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Enter orders submitted by customers or account managers into the computer system and perform all related tasks.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments as needed to expedite customer orders, requests, and needs.
• Answer inquiries, both internal and external, regarding order and inventory status, product lead times, pricing and packaging.
• Provide shipment routing information such as freight quotes and delivery times as required.
• Process and resolve customer complaints with the coordinated assistance of all required departments and resources, including
ordering tests or corrective actions that could determine the causes of product malfunctions.
• Distribute marketing and promotional material, such as product samples, brochures and catalogs as required.
• Coordinate customer activities with the Sales Department to support overall company initiatives, and departmental objectives
and projects.
• Process forms and paperwork required to satisfactorily perform the essential job duties.
• Possess enough of a working knowledge of Scovill product offerings, manufacturing techniques, applications, AR and Credit
functions and Marketing operations to satisfactorily perform the required job.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Experience: 2 plus years of experience
Computer Skills: Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Advanced typing skills.
Intermediate internet and email ability. BPCS, MACOLA, SAP, or other similar software experience is a plus.
Other Requirements: Pleasant telephone voice/manner. Ability to multi-task efficiently.
