- Operate the industrial front end loader and forklift as needed
- Inspect and maintain equipment before shifts
- Load materials accurately for production
- Track load counts and report any incidents
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification per OSHA standards
