Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Operate assembly equipment and perform tasks per the work instructions at the molding machines
-
Maintain daily production records
-
Follow all company safety and operating policies
-
Pack and stack various assemblies and molding product per product specification
-
Observe continuous operation of machines
-
Notify supervisor of machine malfunctions and/or quality issues
-
Abide and perform 5S activities within work cell machine areas
-
Train new operators as needed
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in order to produce product
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Attention to detail
Nice To Have, But Not Required:
-
Knowledge of customer specific requirements
-
High School Diploma, GED or higher level of education
-
Experience with record keeping
Things To Consider:
-
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
-
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
-
Ability to work overtime when necessary
-
Must operate equipment safely and wear specific PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, etc. as deemed necessary
