We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Hodges team. You'll be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment functionality and conducting preventive maintenance, all while earning $28 per hour during the night shift.

What You’ll Do
- Follow maintenance instructions and maintain work standards
- Identify equipment problems and report deficiencies
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
- Assist in the repair and modification of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and food handling standards
- General mechanical abilities
- Knowledge of basic electricity for motors and switches
- Ability to analyze and solve equipment problems
- MIG and TIG welding skills (preferred)
- Adaptability to new duties and regulatory standards
