What You’ll Do
- Fabricate end fittings using injection molding machines
- Organize workflow and oversee quality control
- Load cores with hoses and ensure machine setup compliance
- Inspect quality of molded products and report issues
- Perform minor machine setups and assist other team members
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to read and understand engineering prints
- Dependable and able to work on hands for long periods
- Prior experience with plastic injection molding is a plus
