As a PVB Lead Operator, you will oversee maintenance operations and ensure smooth function in the Glass Department. This role emphasizes reducing downtime and collaborating with the team while adhering to quality management guidelines. Hourly pay is $17.

- Serve as the primary contact for facility maintenance.
- Respond to emergency downtime issues promptly.
- Organize and schedule maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Manage maintenance records according to ISO9001 standards.
- Conduct training for Team Leads and Operators as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in noisy and messy environments
- Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Machine Operator
