What You’ll Do
- Act as the point person for facility maintenance in the Glass Department.
- Respond to emergency downtime issues and coordinate with management.
- Schedule and organize maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Train team members on maintenance best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative skills and record-keeping
- Ability to work effectively in noisy and messy conditions
- Attentiveness to detail and punctuality
- Experience in manufacturing and maintenance
- High school diploma or GED
