What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily production operations and guide staff
- Ensure kits are assembled efficiently and accurately
- Monitor adherence to procedures and maintain a clean workspace
- Coordinate cross-training for staff development
- Provide ongoing assistance in operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- High school diploma or GED
