Essential Duties
- Inspect automotive and plastic parts for defects.
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet standards.
- Record inspection results and complete required paperwork.
- Unload, stage, and prepare products for assembly.
- Keep the work area clean and organized at the end of each shift.
- Identify and troubleshoot product defects as needed.
- Use power tools when required.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working in fast-paced or detail-oriented environments.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 10-50 lbs. as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production.
- Familiarity with power tools or mechanical assembly.
- Training is provided for this role.
- May require overtime or weekend shifts.
- Work environment may include noise, dust, grease, and temperature changes.
- Flexibility is important as tasks and schedules may vary.
