- Conduct face-to-face and virtual tax interviews with clients
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
- Provide clients with IRS support and assistance
- Mentor and support teammates
- Generate business growth and client retention
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
- Effective communication skills in person and virtually
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with virtual tools
