What You’ll Do
- Execute daily plans while ensuring safety and quality standards
- Identify and correct risk points to protect the customer
- Advise on performance actions to improve team performance
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with production leads to meet operational needs
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in a production environment
- Understanding of SAP and Shop Floor operations
- Basic computer skills in Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
