What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair routine loom operation problems
- Perform daily lubrication on essential components
- Repair harness and treadle lever drives
- Inspect machines for possible fabric defects
- Follow safety practices and maintain equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with weaving and mechanical systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity
- Capability to lift up to 60 pounds
