- Operate and monitor industrial machinery for production
- Conduct routine quality inspections and maintenance
- Participate in team activities and problem-solving initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness of the plant and work area
- Document and manage lot and batch control
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience with machinery operation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
