What You’ll Do
- Examine parts for surface defects and perform necessary rework
- Fill defects by MIG welding according to specifications
- Operate robotic weld cells and conduct leak tests
- Document non-conformances and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manually assemble complete exhaust systems when needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum six months of related manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Dependable, respectful, and flexible
- Willingness to learn and improve technical expertise
