- Manage and control machine process parameters
- Document process changes and communicate with supervisors
- Troubleshoot quality and machine issues
- Participate in production meetings and audits
- Monitor hourly production output and improve performance
- 2+ years of experience as a Process Tech
- Knowledge in plastic injection molding
- Familiarity with various injection molding machines
