- Operate and program metal shaping machines
- Maintain brake press operations to meet production goals
- Read blueprints and interpret process sheets
- Inspect completed work for adherence to specifications
- Train and mentor new employees
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Commitment to continuous improvement
