Job Description
Team Lead
Hours:1st Shift | 6:00am-2:20pm M-F
Payrate: $16.00/hr.
Responsibilities
- Efficient execution of daily plans while supporting the safety and quality standards.
- Proficient in each process area on standard work.
- Identify risk points and take action to correct abnormal situations to protect the customer.
- Able to critically assess situations for safety or performance improvements.
- Advise on performance actions with the Group Leader to improve team performance.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Expert knowledge of process and production expectations within area.
- Coordinate with production leads to adjust assignments to meet needs.
- Identify safety risks and escalate to Group Lead.
- Assist to write and edit standard work.
- Team advocates with Group Leader.
- Collect KPI data for improvement.
- COMMUNICATION IS VERY CRUTIAL WITH THIS ROLE
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience within production work environment
- Understanding of SAP and SAP Shop Floor
- Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, email
- Can clearly express goals and standards in a team environment
