Job Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, threading, etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) to ensure to best quality
Read and follow detailed embroidery orders accurately
Pull design files and load embroidery designs into machines
Correctly and efficiently hoop various products
Thread the machine with correct threads needed for each order
Operate machine quickly and accurately to ensure high quality
Ability to troubleshoot machine set up and/or quality issues
Verify products for quantity, quality, size and accuracy
Quality Control - watch closely for quality issues and correct as necessary
Follow daily, weekly, monthly machine maintenance
Fold, trim, and prep embroidered pieces for shipment
Keep embroidery area stocked with supplies, neat and organized.
Requirements:
HS Diploma
Experience operating a Commercial/Industrial Embroidery Machine (2+ years) Responsibilities.
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work within a team along with individual work
Basic computer literacy skills Required Education
