Job Title: Food Blending Operator
Location: Hodges, South Carolina 29653
Hourly Rate: $19.75
Schedule: 5:45PM-6:07 AM on two off two every other weekend
Job Overview
Operate blending equipment to receive, inspect, and process dried ingredients and/or finished goods while meeting food safety, quality, and documentation requirements. Follow GMP/HACCP procedures, run ERP/workflow systems, complete records, and support safe, clean, and compliant production activities during the 3rd shift.

Job Overview
Operate blending equipment to receive, inspect, and process dried ingredients and/or finished goods while meeting food safety, quality, and documentation requirements. Follow GMP/HACCP procedures, run ERP/workflow systems, complete records, and support safe, clean, and compliant production activities during the 3rd shift.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and process materials through the blending operation following established product code specifications
- Operate and monitor blending and loading systems (e.g., filling, loading, labeling, pallet staging) to support production runs
- Complete required production records, process charts, and documentation in ERP/workflow systems
- Follow GMP/HACCP and sanitation practices, including cleaning/flush procedures and verification steps before starting work orders
- Troubleshoot and report process issues related to blending, feeding, weighing, and dust control systems to maintain batch accuracy and quality
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards, including PPE use and adherence to LOTO and reporting procedures
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Food manufacturing experience and working knowledge of GMP/hygienic practices (preferred)
- Basic math and reading/comprehension skills for batch documentation and controls
- Comfort using ERP/workflow systems and production control screens/touch panels
- Ability to follow safety/quality procedures and complete records accurately during fast-paced production
