Job Title: CNC Lathe Bushings Machine Operator
Location: Woodruff, South Carolina 29388
Hourly Rate: $24
Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday possible OT Saturdays
Job Overview
Operates CNC lathe equipment and/or supports bushing production to produce components that meet established specifications and quality standards. Performs assembly-related tasks such as applying adhesives and grit materials, inspects parts for accuracy, maintains a clean and safe workstation, and completes required production and quality documentation in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC lathe and related production processes to manufacture bushing components according to work instructions.
- Assemble bushings using adhesives, grit, and other required materials based on specifications.
- Inspect incoming parts and finished products to verify quality and conformity to standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Track material usage, flag shortages or defects, and support packaging and documentation for each production run.
- Assist with other assembly or production tasks as needed to meet daily output goals.

- Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly roles (preferred)
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
