- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Achieve a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Dependable and responsible
- Enjoy working in a team environment
