What You’ll Do
- Perform general clerical duties including filing and data entry
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist with payroll and employee records using Kronos
- Manage basic accounting functions in QuickBooks
- Utilize AS400 system for data processing and record maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Kronos, and AS400
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
