Job Overview

What You’ll Do
- Answer approximately 200-250 calls and emails daily
- Maintain accurate data entry - Type a minimum of 45 wpm
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively -
- Efficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and responsible
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
