What You’ll Do
- Hand-build shapes and sizes of parts using molds
- Apply materials and ensure proper configurations
- Perform repetitive trimming and cuffing duties
- Inspect and maintain quality control of finished products
- Set up and adjust machinery for specified dimensions
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong manual dexterity
- Ability to interpret prints and specifications
- Attention to detail and visual acuity for quality maintenance
