- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings and onboarding
- Oversee performance management system and ensure timely evaluations
- Maintain HRIS and payroll systems with accurate employee data
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Drive positive workforce morale through daily associate interactions
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff
