- Reading and understanding blueprints
- Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
- Welding materials using appropriate techniques
- Checking finished work for accuracy and specifications
- Maintaining an orderly and safe work station
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of different welding techniques
- Previous welding experience
