- Provide customer service as needed
- Match invoices and assist with payroll
- Track inventory efficiently
- Perform various administrative duties

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized
- Flexible and proactive
