What You’ll Do
- Convert technical skills from international teams into local standards
- Assist with process qualification for new equipment and technologies
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Optimize processes through coordination with engineers and suppliers
- Conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot engineering issues
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Three years of related engineering experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven experience in technology production projects
- Ability to mentor and guide production teams
