Job Overview
Prepares and packs products for shipment by pulling the correct items, pre-packing as needed, verifying accuracy, and assembling cartons using proper inserts and packing techniques while following safety and quality expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Retrieve the correct products and quantities from bulk storage locations for packing orders
- Pre-pack and stage products for picking/packing using required materials and methods
- Verify that products pulled match order requirements and correct errors as identified
- Pack items securely into boxes with the correct inserts/techniques to meet quality standards
- Support productivity goals by monitoring error rates and contributing to continuous improvement
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and assist with receiving and other assigned tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work at a steady, fast pace on repetitive packing tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically involved packing duties
- Attention to detail for order accuracy and quality checks
- Comfort working in a team environment and communicating clearly
- Basic math skills and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
