What You’ll Do
- Perform mold process development using scientific methods
- Implement and document manufacturing procedures for reliability
- Train site personnel on CIM usage for quality assurance
- Evaluate plastic processing for productivity improvement
- Maintain and optimize equipment for effective production
What We’re Looking For
- Four-year degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years processing experience
- Understanding of injection molding techniques
- Familiarity with scientific analysis methods like DOE and SPC
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
