What You’ll Do
- Operate equipment for production, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Load and unload automotive stampings from production lines.
- Inspect parts and manage documentation for quality control.
- Assist with equipment changeovers and adjustments.
- Promote a safety-first workplace by following protocols.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and mathematical skills.
- Ability to lift over 45 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
