- Lead and support production line staff
- Oversee line setup and batch mixing activities
- Monitor product quality and compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate workflow to meet production goals
- Train new team members on processes and safety
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line lead experience
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
