Job Overview
Production Operators in the blending department prepare equipment for production, run blending and related processes according to batch records and quality requirements, perform changeovers and cleaning, and complete required documentation and inventory transactions. The role follows cGMP and safety procedures to produce consistent product that meets customer specifications.

Job Overview
Production Operators in the blending department prepare equipment for production, run blending and related processes according to batch records and quality requirements, perform changeovers and cleaning, and complete required documentation and inventory transactions. The role follows cGMP and safety procedures to produce consistent product that meets customer specifications.
What You’ll Do
- Perform equipment changeovers including disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and preparation for the next production run
- Set up, operate, and monitor blending and related production equipment while maintaining process parameters within specifications
- Record batch processing steps, quality/weight checks, and finished product quantities in required paperwork and batch records
- Complete inventory and labeling tasks using ERP tools (e.g., scanning, label creation, transfers, and data entry) to ensure correct lot handling
- Conduct moisture and other routine checks using applicable lab instruments and support quality testing documentation
- Maintain housekeeping and follow cGMP and safety requirements through routine cleanup, preventive maintenance, and equipment calibration as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 3 to 6 months of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow SOPs and cGMP, and maintain accurate documentation
- Comfort using basic computer transactions and tools such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Dependable, attentive, and committed to safety and quality in daily operations
