What You’ll Do
- Operate and pack equipment efficiently for production schedules
- Changeover and clean production equipment as needed
- Document processing steps and maintain batch records
- Monitor and troubleshoot machinery operations
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure product quality
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 6 months of machine operation experience
- Strong adherence to safety and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently
- Dependability and strong attention to detail
