Schedule: 7:10pm to 6:10am
Job Overview
Responsible for inspecting automotive plastic and interior parts at various stages (incoming, production, and final) to ensure products meet established quality standards. Completes required documentation, flags defects, and supports continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect plastic and interior automotive components for conformance to quality standards
- Conduct quality checks on incoming supplier shipments, in-process parts, and finished products
- Document inspection results accurately and submit reports by required deadlines
- Identify defects or nonconforming items and help troubleshoot root causes with the team
- Support quality-focused process improvements and maintain inspection effectiveness across production needs

- Dependable, punctual, and responsible team members
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Comfort working in detail-oriented and/or fast-paced settings
- Willingness to rotate schedules as needed and work overtime/weekends when required
- Good overall physical condition and ability to stand and perform repetitive inspection tasks for extended periods
