What You’ll Do
- Examine surface defects and assess repair needs
- Fill defects using MIG welding
- Weld sub-assemblies and perform quality checks
- Conduct leak tests and document non-conformances
- Operate robotic weld cells and support compliance with safety policies
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum six months of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Dependable and respectful attitude
- Flexible and attentive to detail
