Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pack at least 1500 packets per day
- Ensure accuracy of counts by counting out the seed amounts or re-weighing at different intervals
- Keeping good records of amount packed and the lot packed from.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE and ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Knowledge of weights and measures
- Ability to stand or sit in one spot for 8 hours
- Flexible to work overtime in other areas.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Ability to read and write numbers, great math skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, primarily Sage
- Maintain business etiquette at all times
- Strive to achieve personal and corporate performance goals
- Maintain excellent attendance/punctuality record
- Be able to rotate to all shifts including weekends
