Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday possible OT Saturdays

Job Overview
Support a small manufacturing operation by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping the shipping/receiving area organized and compliant with safety practices.
What You’ll Do
- Process outgoing shipments by preparing orders and required shipping documentation
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Update and maintain inventory records to support correct stock levels
- Organize materials in designated locations and maintain a clean, orderly work area
- Operate forklift equipment as needed for loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Coordinate with internal teams to support efficient workflow and resolve shipment or inventory issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory support preferred
- Comfort using basic inventory/stock management processes and records
- Forklift operation experience required or strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math for inventory accuracy
- Dependable, organized, and safety-focused with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
