What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine talent needs
- Manage recruitment processes using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Implement proactive sourcing techniques for candidate engagement
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
