Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pull the correct products and amounts from bulk storage areas
-
Verify that the correct products were pulled and correct any errors
-
Pre-package and prepare all products for picking
-
Monitor and improve productivity and error rates
-
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
-
Performing all task assigned by Replenishment Supervisor
Requirements:
-
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
-
Basic math skills
-
Communication skills
-
Ability to multitask
Nice To Have, But Not Required:
-
Ability to speak English and Spanish
-
Order fulfillment experience
Things To Consider:
-
Working in cold/wet conditions with roses
-
Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules during peak seasons

Work overtime when necessary
